The PADI Instructor Development Program is designed to prepare PADI Divemasters to become PADI Instructors. The IDC curriculum emphasizes hand on skills and knowledge development to provide candidates with an opportunity to have the cutting-edge instructional skills necessary to seek a global career in scuba diving. The IDC is the heart of PADI Instructor training using state-of-the-art educational materials to make learning more effective.
